The Dalmore Cigar Malt Reserve is a Highland single malt Scotch whisky bottled at 44% ABV. It is matured in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels and finessed in Cabernet Sauvignon red wine barriques and Gonzalez Byass Oloroso sherry casks that previously held 30-year-old Matusalem sherry. The result is a rich, full-bodied malt with the signature Dalmore orange profile. Tasting notes include cinnamon, figs, honey and orange zest, complemented by stone fruits such as plum and apricot, cherries and raspberries, with raisins, pepper, toffee, vanilla, leather and tobacco.
