The spirit begins maturation in American white oak ex-bourbon casks, then is finished in aged Tawny Port pipes from W & J Graham's in Portugal before the parcels are married back together. Expect a richly fruited profile of stewed plums, blood orange marmalade, glace cherry and red berries, with firm oak, mocha fudge and a full body.
