Dalmore Sherry Cask Select 12 Years Single Malt Scotch Whisky 750ml

Dalmore Sherry Cask Select 12 is a Highland single malt Scotch whisky. The spirit is first matured in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels, then fully finished in casks that previously held a sherry created specially for The Dalmore, blending aged Oloroso with rich, sweet Pedro Ximenez. The result balances the nutty character of Oloroso with the sweetness of PX, giving caramelised orange, ginger, sultanas and honey on the nose, layers of fig, date, dark chocolate and baking spice on the palate, and a smooth finish of toffee, nutmeg and toasted oak. A sherry-forward Highland malt, available for delivery across Washington DC to customers 21 and over.
