It is a blend of over 100 eaux-de-vie with ages up to 30 years, made from Ugni Blanc grapes from the Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne, Borderies and Fins Bois appellations and aged in French oak barrels. Bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof), the house describes the blend across rich, layered notes spanning candied fruit, peppery spice, dark chocolate, oak and vanilla, with a long, lingering finish.
