Casamigos Anejo is a 100% blue Weber agave tequila bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV), made from agave grown in the Highlands of Jalisco. It is aged 14 months in premium American white oak barrels. The agave is roasted in traditional brick ovens and slow-fermented. The nose opens with soft caramel, vanilla and butterscotch with hints of tropical fruit; the palate layers cooked agave with cinnamon, black pepper, barrel oak and honey; and the finish is smooth and medium-to-long with lingering oak and caramel.
