Cazcanes No. 7 Anejo is an additive-free tequila made from 100% organic Blue Weber agave and single-source natural spring water in Amatitan, Jalisco (NOM 1614). It is aged a minimum of one year in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels, letting the agave character stay front and center. The palate is rich and full-bodied, with agave and toasted nuts leading into dried fruit and damp tobacco, finishing deep and lasting with a warmth of black-pepper heat.
