It is aged over 20 months in Tennessee whiskey barrels as an Anejo, then filtered to remove color while keeping the aged character, and bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof). Official notes describe an aroma of cooked agave, grass and banana with mocha and pineapple; a full-bodied palate of citrus and cooked agave with toasted almond, coconut, apple peel and cacao; and a luxuriously smooth finish.
