Barrels for the release were distilled in 2005 and aged 19 years before bottling; it is non-chill filtered and bottled-in-bond at 100 proof (50% ABV). Tasting notes describe polished mahogany color, seasoned oak with honey, clove, and nutmeg on the nose, a rich palate of cinnamon graham, aged oak, and baking spice, and a warm finish of maple and caramel with a peppery tingle.
