Horse Soldier Signature Small Batch is the flagship wheated bourbon from the veteran-founded Horse Soldier Bourbon brand. Built on a wheated mash bill of 70% corn, 20% soft red winter wheat and 10% barley, it is non-chill filtered and bottled at 95 proof (47.5% ABV). Official notes describe apples, honey, vanilla and caramel on the nose leading to oak, creamy toffee, dark stone fruits, ginger, cola and vanilla on the palate, with a long, warm finish. It earned a Double Gold at the 2022 San Francisco World Spirits Competition. A smooth, balanced wheated pour for sipping or cocktails.
