Riazul Blanco (Silver) is made from estate-grown Blue Weber agave in the highlands of Jalisco, where high elevation, cool climate and red volcanic soil produce a more aromatic, sweeter agave. Bottled immediately after distillation at 40% ABV (80 proof), it is unaged to showcase the pure character of the agave: strong bursts of white and black pepper complemented by bold notes of sweet agave.
