It is aged in charred, used American bourbon oak casks for eight years and bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof). Tasting notes describe a golden-amber pour with a bouquet of cocoa, vanilla and coconut, a dry medium-bodied palate of caramel, creamy vanilla and brown spices, and a long, smooth finish of oak and dried fruit.
